I have a degree in advertising and over 25 years experience selling in the direct mail marketing industry. That experience plus knowledge of new technologies and social media will enable me to the right buyer for your home. I’ll use my deep knowledge and abiding love for Springfield and the Ozarks to find your dream home.

I was born in Springfield and grew up on a farm in Houston, MO. My farm upbringing taught me the value of honesty and hard work. I’ve lived in Springfield for almost 30 years. Mark's dedication to his customers is unparalled. He was tireless in his research of the Springfield housing market for the home that would best suit our needs.
We were moving from out of the area and Mark went over and above in order to limit the amount of travel for us. He would preview homes and report back with a detailed
description, saving us time, money, and energy. Without the benefit of time or local knowledge, we were concerned about our ability to make the right informed choice in
the areas of Springfield that would best suit our needs. We were concerned that we did not know anyone locally that we trusted. Then we met Mark. In our first conversation
we were impressed with the interest he showed in finding out who we were, what our goals were, and what we wanted and needed in a home. He was extremely diligent when it
came to knowing about available properties. We would frequently receive a call or email when a new house hit the market that potentially fit our needs. He was always quick
to return our calls and answer our questions. It was rare that he didn't know the answer to our questions, but when it did occur, he would immediately find the answer and
get back to us. He was devoted to our search throughout the entire process.

We had work done on the home prior to our moving in. Mark was instrumental in suggesting contractors, meeting them at the home to let them in for bids, and a myriad other
things that saved us from making multiple trips. His helpfulness did not stop with the closing of the home. He has continued to be a major resource for the Springfield area.
He is fond of saying that his job isn't complete with the final purchase of the home. He has certainly lived up to that. We would recommend him to anyone. We would certainly
not use anyone else in future. When we met Mark, we thought we were finding a realtor, but we were actually making a friend, as well.
