Mike was extremely helpful with our house search in Springfield. We were moving from out of state and weren't able to view houses in person. He was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to meet our family and allow us to see the houses via video chat. The only issues we had with the entire process were with some miscommunication from his office staff, but Mike was always responsive. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone.

Our situation is unusual because my husband is disabled and only certain houses fit us. We found this home which was perfect and the seller had several issues that had to be worked through. I am very sure that if we had not had Mike as our realtor, we would not have been able to close on this home. He listed the one we were living in and it sold within 7 hours. Buyer looked at it at 7:30 the day we listed at 12:00 and Mike was at our kitchen table going through the contract. All in all, it was the best experience with a realtor we have ever had, and we have moved throughout our career at least 12 times. We liked him so well that we recommended him to our son who is also selling his home.

Mr. Brown communicated with us frequently and kept us "in the know" of properties that were available. He honored our price range and looked for houses that met our expectations and what was important to us. Mr. Brown returned our calls and made himself readily available to show us houses. I have known Mike Brown for many years in a leadership role, as he was my children’s high school band director. There is no doubt he played a major part in their developing into the successful adults they are to this day (they are in their 30’s). He is a man of ethical and moral integrity. So when he changed career paths, I was sure he would bring those same admirable qualities to the real estate industry. Springfield, MO gained a great realtor. Last year we decided to put our home on the market, and of course I wouldn’t think of calling any other real estate agent to sell our house. Mike came to our house, gave us his honest evaluation, and shortly after we were on the internet ready to sell our home. Jenn and I have had the pleasure of using Mike Brown as our realtor a couple of different times. And that is not a light statement, considering the shear number of agents I know. I run a business that brings me in contact with a lot of realtors. Mike has stood out head and shoulders to me above the rest. I have seen him work with some very challenging clients and make them happy as clams. That is the reason when it came time to work with a realtor, Mike was our first call. He has been ever so patient with us, even when we couldn't give him a clear direction. Looking in Springfield, Ozark, Nixa, Rogersville, and even Republic, hasn't frustrated him. He has even searched local Ozarks towns that we didn't know about. You see, we haven't given him a clear answer on what we are looking for. With the family issues we have had of late, we have been undecided as to which direction (type) of home we are looking for. Patient is all I can say about how he has explained the pro's and con's of each housing type we throw at him. From completed separate "mother-in-law quarters, to a small single family home, with NO mother-in-law quarters, to a beat up "fixer upper" duplex.
