I was persistent in contacting them. I attempted to call them every day for 2 weeks, but only could leave a voicemail. They never returned the call. Finally, I researched them on facebook, and could only talk to them through posts. Stacey assured me that she would call me, and that the listed phone number on zillow wasn't a working number. She never called. I had stated that I was highly interested in the property, and was ready to put money down, and sign a preliminary contract, but she never contacted me outside of facebook posts.

From the moment we met Stacey, we just had a peaceful feeling and knowledge that she would take care of everything for us, and we were absolutely correct.

I feel that she went "above and beyond" to provide for our requests, she was there when anything came up (which in our case seemed to be something different every day!) and she knew what to do about it, who to call to fix it, or when to just "wait and see". She was a calming presence in a time of turmoil as this move was very traumatic for me in every way. Stacey, thank you, so much more than I can ever express!

Now, after my move, she is still there for me with prompt, knowledgeable answers and suggestions for the many things that still come up from time to time.

I appreciate all the work she did to help me during this stressful time, I appreciate her even more now, and am looking forward to continuing our friendship into the future.
